Phos Dip M-22produces a non-metallic, manganese-iron phosphate coating on steel and iron to reduce wear and prevent galling of moving parts. This includes piston rings, shafts, gears, cylinders, pistons and any other types of machine parts where wear is a constant factor to be considered. Phos Dip M-22 meets all requirements of MILDTL-16232 and A-A-59267 for Type M coatings. Phos Dip M-22 is also on the approved source list for Chrysler PS-8890.

Phos Dip R-2-LTis used by immersion for an improved calcium modified zinc phosphate, producing a micro-crystalline, corrosion resistant paint base coating on ferrous metals with coating weights in the range of 3~5.5g./m2. Phos Dip R-2-LT meets all the requirements of Federal Specification TT-C-490 for Type 1 coatings.

DuraTEC 400 is the easiest to use phosphate-free pretreatment product available. It will provide superior paint adhesion and corrosion resistance to mild steel, galvanized steel, and aluminum substrates. DuraTEC 400 offers the potential for savings based on its long bath lives as well as its low operating temperatures.
